AdDjur is a platform that facilitates business for traders and considered as a marketplace. AdDjur delivers services to private and public businesses (Customers) worldwide. AdDjur’s head office is located in Stockholm, Sweden. AdDjur company is located in the EU/EEA area and are therefore subject to European data protection and privacy regulations and directives. Our privacy policies and guidelines respect and comply with applicable privacy legislation. All major decisions regarding privacy in AdDjur are made at a corporate level.

The Statement provides information about data processing carried out by AdDjur when AdDjur determines the purpose and means of the processing (AdDjur as data controller) as well as data processing performed on behalf of our customers based on their instructions (the Customer as a data controller and AdDjur as a data processor).
Why may we collect your personal data?
Personal data is information that can identify you as an individual person, such as name, email address, street address, IP address or phone number. Any of your interactions with our platform is tracked, so by analyzing these, we can provide you better services. Processing your personal data is necessary for us to serve you or our customers.
We only use your personal data when permitted by law. Most of the time, we will use your personal data under the following circumstances:
– When we need to fulfill the contract we are about to enter into or that we have entered into with you.

To provide you with a secure Platform
– We use your access data and unique identifiers from your device to manage and secure our Platform (including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, fraud prevention, system maintenance, service, communication and data storage).
– We analyze your communications through our chat feature to prevent fraud and to promote security by blocking spam or abusive messages that may have been sent to you by another user.
We process the information described above to properly comply with our contract with you, to improve our services and on the basis of our legitimate fraud prevention interests.
What data do we collect about you?

Registration and other account information
When you register on our Platform, you will be required to provide your email address, phone number, social media like Google or Facebook account, etc.
If you decide to purchase our Services, you will be asked to provide billing information, which are required elements of the advertisement. Without this data, we will not be able to provide the Services.
Communication via chat functionality on our Platform
When you use our chat feature to communicate with other users, we collect information that you choose to provide to other users through this feature.
Depending on the choices you make at login to our Services or during the process of using our Services, you may choose to additionally provide the following personal data:
The types of data that AdDjur collects about you may be:

We may also in some cases compare a collected IP address with a geographic map service to derive your general location.
If you make a post, comment or similar on AdDjur, such information can be read and used by anyone with access to the site and used for purposes over which neither AdDjur nor you have control. Information, which you submit to AdDjur is on your full responsibility. AdDjur will publicize any comment, testimonial or similar made by you without your prior consent when you post them; it is supposed that you agreed that it goes public.
As a data controller, AdDjur does not collect sensitive personal data about you.
How do we collect personal data?
In general, AdDjur collects data directly from you. We may collect information about you from our partner companies or third parties.
In some cases, we may also collect information about you from other legitimate sources if you have given your consent that the party collecting the personal data may share this with others. These sources may be third-party data aggregators, AdDjurs’ marketing partners, public sources or third-party social networks. AdDjur will be able to combine personal data about you obtained from one source with data obtained from other sources. This gives us a more complete picture of you as a contact person, which also gives us the possibility of serving you in a more relevant way with a greater degree of personalization.

AdDjur uses a variety of technologies to collect information about your movements on the web as well as interest and preferences, which you have freely made available.
Data We Collect Automatically When You Use Our Services
When you interact with our Platform or use our Services, we automatically collect the following information about you:
We collect device-specific information, such as operating system version or unique identifiers. For example, the name of the mobile network you are using. We associate this device with the device identifiers of your AdDjur account.
Depending on the permissions on your device, if you post an article on our Platform, we will automatically collect and process information about your current location. We use various technologies to determine location, including IP address, GPS, Wi-Fi hotspots, and mobile data towers. Your location data allows you to view user articles near you and help you publish articles in your area.
Customer and Registration Data
Technical details, including your device’s Internet Protocol (IP), time zone, and operating system. We will also store your login information (registration date, date of last password change, date of last successful login), the type and version of your browser.
We collect information about your activity on our Platform, including the websites you used to access our Platform, the timestamp of each visit, searches you performed, listings or banner ads you accessed, your interaction with those advertising ads. advertising or listings, duration of your visit and the order in which you accessed the content on our Platform.
Do we collect data from minors?
Our Services are not intended for children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If we realize that a person under 16 has given us their data, we will delete that data immediately.

These cookies store behavioural information about users obtained through the ongoing observance of their browsing habits, which allows a specific profile to be defined in order to show advertising on the basis of such profile.
The data processed by cookies is required for the aforementioned purposes in order to protect our legitimate interests and those of third parties pursuant to Article 6 sec. 1 sent. 1 lit. f GDPR.
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Data Used: The contact us submission data — IP address, user agent, name, email address, website, and message — is submitted to the Akismet service (also owned by Automattic) for the sole purpose of spam checking. The actual submission data is stored in the database of the AdDjur and is emailed directly to the admin of the site. This email will include the submitter’s IP address, timestamp, name, email address, website, and message.
Data Synced (?): Post and post metadata associated with a user’s contact us submission. The IP address and user agent originally submitted with the comment are synced, as well, as they are stored in post meta.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles or listings on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
Data Used: This feature will send a hash of the user’s email address (if logged in to the site or WordPress.com — or if they submitted a comment on the site using their email address that is attached to an active Gravatar profile) to the Gravatar service (also owned by Automattic) in order to retrieve their profile image.
This feature only records activities of a site’s registered users.
Data Used: To deliver this functionality and record activities around site management, the following information is captured: user email address, user role, user login, user display name, WordPress.com and local user IDs, the activity to be recorded, the WordPress.com-connected site ID of the site on which the activity takes place, the site’s Jetpack version, and the timestamp of the activity. Some activities may also include the actor’s IP address (login attempts, for example) and user agent.
Activity Tracked: Login attempts/actions, post and page update and publish actions, comment/pingback submission and management actions, plugin and theme management actions, widget updates, user management actions, and the modification of other various site settings and options. Retention duration of activity data depends on the site’s plan and activity type. See the complete list of currently-recorded activities (along with retention information).
Data Synced (?): Successful and failed login attempts, which will include the actor’s IP address and user agent.
Data Used: In order to record page views via WordPress.com Stats (which must be enabled for page view tracking here to work) with additional loads, the following information is used: IP address, WordPress.com user ID (if logged in), WordPress.com username (if logged in), user agent, visiting URL, referring URL, timestamp of event, browser language, country code.
Activity Tracked: Page views will be tracked with each additional load (i.e. when you scroll down to the bottom of the page and a new set of posts loads automatically). With Google Analytics a page view event will also be sent to our Google Analytics account with each additional load.
Data Used: Commenter’s name, email address, and site URL (if provided via the comment form), timestamp, and IP address. Additionally, a jetpack.wordpress.com IFrame receives the following data: WordPress.com blog ID attached to the site, ID of the post on which the comment is being submitted, commenter’s local user ID (if available), commenter’s local username (if available), commenter’s site URL (if available), MD5 hash of the commenter’s email address (if available), and the comment content. If Akismet (also owned by Automattic) is enabled on the site, the following information is sent to the service for the sole purpose of spam checking: commenter’s name, email address, site URL, IP address, and user agent.

Data Synced (?): All data and metadata (see above) associated with comments. This includes the status of the comment and if Akismet is enabled on the site, whether or not it was AdDjuras spam by Akismet.
This feature is only accessible to users logged in to WordPress.com.
Data Used: In order to process a post like action, the following information is used: IP address, WordPress.com user ID, WordPress.com username, WordPress.com-connected site ID (on which the post was liked), post ID (of the post that was liked), user agent, timestamp of event, browser language, country code.
Activity Tracked: Post likes.
Activity Tracked: A cookie (akm_mobile) is stored for 3.5 days to remember whether or not a visitor of the site wishes to view its mobile version. Learn more about this cookie.
We may contact you via push notification function we analyze the performance and efficacy of communication by using the following data.
Data Used: IP address, WordPress.com user ID, WordPress.com username, WordPress.com-connected site ID and URL, Jetpack version, user agent, visiting URL, referring URL, timestamp of event, browser language, country code. Some visitor-related information or activity may be sent to the site owner via this feature. This may include: email address, WordPress.com username, site URL, email address, comment content, follow actions, etc.
Activity Tracked: Sending notifications (i.e. when we send a notification to a particular user), opening notifications (i.e. when a user opens a notification that they receive), performing an action from within the notification panel (e.g. liking a comment or marking a comment as spam), and clicking on any link from within the notification panel/interface.
Data Used: The following information (made available from the visitor’s browser) is collected and sent to Automattic’s Demand Partners: IP address, geographical data (derived from the IP address), user agent, operating system, device type, unique user ID (randomly generated identifier), current URL, and IAB (Interactive Advertising Bureau) interest category. Log data (IP address, geographical data, user agent, operating system, device type) is stored for 30 days. The unique user ID is stored in cookies and is retained for 1 year.
Activity Tracked: Ad impressions, video-related events (i.e. pause, mute, 100% plays, etc.) or errors, and ad click events. Various cookies are used for the following purposes: delivering targeted advertisements to specific visitors, storing user identifiers, and collecting anonymous ad platform stats.
Image views are recorded on the site.
Data Used: If image view tracking is enabled, the following information is used: IP address, WordPress.com user ID (if logged in), WordPress.com username (if logged in), user agent, visiting URL, referring URL, timestamp of event, browser language, country code.
Activity Tracked: Image views.
If you have given your consent, we will send you a newsletter to inform you about news on [our products and services] and to point out offers of our Business and distributors or other third parties. Your data will not be passed on by us to those third parties to whose offers we refer you through the newsletter, unless you have consented to this.
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking on the corresponding link at the end of the e-mail. The legal basis for sending the newsletter is Article 6 sec. 1 sent. 1 lit. a GDPR.
Data Used: To initiate and process subscriptions, the following information is used: subscriber’s email address and the ID of the post or comment (depending on the specific subscription being processed). In the event of a new subscription being initiated, we also collect some basic server data, including all of the subscribing user’s HTTP request headers, the IP address from which the subscribing user is viewing the page, and the URI which was given in order to access the page (REQUEST_URI and DOCUMENT_URI). This server data used for the exclusive purpose of monitoring and preventing abuse and spam.
Activity Tracked: Functionality cookies are set for a duration of 347 days to remember a visitor’s blog and post subscription choices if, in fact, they have an active subscription.
When you play a video on the site we track your behaviour and analyze it by using the following information.
Data Used: For video play tracking via WordPress.com Stats, the following information is used: viewer’s IP address, WordPress.com user ID (if logged in), WordPress.com username (if logged in), user agent, visiting URL, referring URL, timestamp of event, browser language, country code. If Google Analytics is enabled, video play events will be sent there, as well.

Data Used: In order to check login activity and potentially block fraudulent attempts, the following information is used: attempting user’s IP address, attempting user’s email address/username (i.e. according to the value they were attempting to use during the login process), and all IP-related HTTP headers attached to the attempting user.
Activity Tracked: Failed login attempts (these include IP address and user agent). We also set a cookie (jpp_math_pass) for 1 day to remember if/when a user has successfully completed a math captcha to prove that they’re a real human. Learn more about this cookie.
Data Synced (?): Failed login attempts, which contain the user’s IP address, attempted username or email address, and user agent information.
We track users behavior when they search the site by using the following data.
Data Used: Any of the visitor-chosen search filters and query data in order to process a search request on the WordPress.com servers.
Data Used: When you use official sharing buttons, each button loads content directly from its service in order to display the button as well as information and tools for the sharing party. As a result, each service can, in turn, collect information about the sharing party. AddToAny sharing button is active on the site, information such as the sharing party’s IP address as well as the page URL will be available for each service, so sharing counts can be displayed next to the button. When sharing content via email (by Akismet), the following information is used: sharing party’s name and email address (if the user is logged in, this information will be pulled directly from your account), IP address (for spam checking), user agent (for spam checking), and email body/content. This content will be sent to Akismet (also owned by Automattic) so that a spam check can be performed.
This feature is only accessible to users logged in to addjur.com.
Data Used: In order to process a comment like, the following information is used: WordPress.com user ID/username (you must be logged in to use this feature), the local site-specific user ID (if the user is signed in to the site on which the like occurred), and a true/false data point that tells us if the user liked a specific comment. If you perform a like action from one of our mobile apps, some additional information is used to track the activity: IP address, user agent, timestamp of event, blog ID, browser language, country code, and device info.

Third parties and subcontractors that provide services
Google Analytics: This cookie allows us to see information on user website activities including, but not limited to, page views, source and time spent on a website. The information is depersonalized and is displayed as numbers, meaning it cannot be tracked back to individuals. This will help to protect your privacy. Using Google Analytics we can see what content is popular on our website and strive to give you more of the things you enjoy reading and watching.
Data Used: Please refer to the appropriate Google Analytics documentation for the specific type of data it collects. WooCommerce (owned by Automattic) and this feature simultaneously and having all purchase tracking explicitly enabled, purchase events will send Google Analytics the following information: order number, product id and name, product category, total cost, and quantity of items purchased.
Activity Tracked: This feature sends page view events (and potentially video play events) over to Google Analytics for consumption. Some additional events are also sent to Google Analytics: shopping cart additions and removals, product listing views and clicks, product detail views, and purchases.
AdDjur uses Google Analytics a web analytics service provided by Google for www.AdDjur.com websites as well as where activated for the websites of our AdDjur users.

Google Analytics Remarketing: Places cookies on your computer, which means that after you leave our website, Google can show you advertisements about AdDjur that you might be interested in, based on your previous behavior on our website. This information is not personally identifiable.
Google AdWords: By using Google AdWords code, we are able to see which pages helped lead to contact us submissions. This allows us to make better use of our paid search budget. This information is not personally identifiable.
AdDjur uses Google AdWords, an analytics service provided by Google, and Google AdWords, conversion tracking, as well as Google AdWords Remarketing on our www.AdDjur.com website.
Google AdWords stores a cookie for conversion tracking on the computer’s hard drive (so-called “conversion cookie”) when the site visitor clicks on a Google-served ad. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. When certain pages are visited on our website, Google and AdDjur may recognize that the page visitor has clicked on the ad and has been redirected to this page.
The information obtained through the conversion cookies is used to generate statistics for AdWords customers who use conversion tracking. These statistics tell us the total number of users who clicked on the ad served by Google and viewed a page with a conversion tracking tag. With Google AdWords Remarketing, Google sets a cookie in the terminal’s browser, which automatically enables interest-based advertising by means of a pseudonymous cookie ID and based on the pages visited by the AdDjur user / page visitor. If the user has consented to sharing his web history with Google, then Google can use the history of the visit to the AdDjur website, along with the Google analytics data and the Google AdWords data in order to create targeted audiences for cross device remarketing. Google Adwords Remarketing: Places cookies on your computer This means that after you leave our website Google can show you advertisements about AdDjur that you might be interested in, based on your previous behavior on our website. This information is not personally identifiable.

Google AdWords and Google DoubleClick
AdDjur also uses the cross-device capabilities of Google AdWords and Google DoubleClick from the provider Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
This feature allows the Google Analytics remarketing ad groups described above, to be linked to the cross-device features of Google AdWords and Google DoubleClick. In this way, interest-based, personalized advertising messages that have been adapted to the particular user based on their previous usage and browsing behavior on one terminal (e.g., cell phone) may also be displayed on another user’s terminal (e.g., tablet or PC).
Once the user has given their consent, Google links the web and app browsing history to the corresponding Google account for this purpose. In this way, the same personalized advertising messages can be displayed on each device on which the user logs on with his Google Account. To support this feature, Google Analytics collects Google-authenticated IDs of users who are temporarily linked to our Google Analytics data to define and create audiences for cross-device ad promotion. The site visitor can permanently object to cross-device remarketing / targeting by disabling personalized ads in their Google Account: https://www.google.com/settings/ads/onweb/. The aggregation of the collected data in the Google account of the site visitor takes place exclusively on the basis of his consent, which he can give or revoke on Google (Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR). For data collection operations that are not merged into the user’s Google Account (for example, because they do not have a Google Account or have objected to the merge), the collection of data is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The legitimate interest arises from the fact that AdDjur has an interest in the anonymous analysis of the website visitors for advertising purposes.
On the basis of our legitimate interests (i.e. interest in the analysis, optimization and economic operation of our online offer within the meaning of Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR, we use the web analysis service, Google Signals. Via Google Signals, Google provides us with reports on cross-device user numbers, as well as different groups of users, based on different device combinations. In order to do so Google uses the data of users who have activated the option “personalized advertising” in their Google account settings. Google Signals can only be used with activated IP anonymization. As a result, your IP address will be abbreviated by Google within the member states of the European Union or in other states that have ratified the Convention on the European Economic Area prior to its transmission to the United States. Thus, no conclusions can be drawn as to the identity of a single user.
